What ia real Meditation and how can be it easy for us



    So, meditation - firstly, some common question of commoner- why meditation is so boring and what is it, and what we can get from it...

    Some problems of everybody- when we try to do meditation, we feel very bore and after doing it, next day we don't want to do it. So many process of meditation, many of it are boring. So today i will say the real meditation and then see, it will be easy with you.
    First, the main problem of us is that we do meditation, because it is important. We think by doing
this, we can get so many things. Is it meditation ???? Meditation is that, don't think anything, don't think it is important so i have to do this, don't over think. Stop thinking, then see, what is it ? This is meditation. For self concern, don't do it. For this thinking meditation is very tough for us. Because you are sitting for meditation  but every time your thinking is going to your urgency, how can be it meditation????

    Meditation is not that- you cit on a pose, take breath but mind is an another side.
Being present, being consciousness, being aware- this is meditation. For doing meditation, you must need awareness.

     An example - your teacher is teaching somethings. But sometime, your mind is going another side.
 If you can concentrate on the class, you are the part of meditation. Concentration and controlling are important.

    Sometime there are many thought came to our mind. But after when we try to think this thought'
our mind will automatically blank. This is meditation.

    Mind is a very uncontrolling thing. When we don't want to think, then many thought automatically came, but when we want to think, everything is blank. So, don't do meditation forcefully, let it happen. Now you are reading this , you are meditate, because, concentrate is very urgent for meditation.

      Meditation is that, actually automatically happen with us. Think, sometime you are traveling on a bus, you are seeing outside, sometime many things come to our mind but sometime, your
concentration is happen with only a things. You think something, the bus is going, you don't see what happen in front of you, what happen with your nearest people, you are  just living with your mind. So think now, it that not meditation? Yes this is it. It is not that you do, it automatically happen, just need your controlling.

      Overthinking is not meditation, mind it. Let meditation happen with you.

      Now see, is it boring?? If you do it very clearly without any pressure and force, It is really very interesting and nice.
